Summer is in full swing, and July is one of the best months to get out and enjoy everything Coastal Virginia has to offer. Whether your family loves outdoor movies, live music, or spending evenings at the Oceanfront, there’s something happening almost every week.

It’s a fun way to mix entertainment with a little history while exploring the Oceanfront.
One of the things I love most about living here is that there is always something to do. Some of our favorite family memories have come from the simplest evenings—watching a movie on the beach, listening to live music with ice cream in hand, or staying a little later to catch fireworks over the ocean.
If you’re new to the area or thinking about making Coastal Virginia home, July is the perfect time to experience everything our community has to offer. From beautiful beaches and walkable boardwalks to family-friendly events nearly every week, it’s easy to see why so many people love calling Hampton Roads home.
Thinking about buying or selling this summer? I’d love to help you find a home where these amazing community events are just minutes from your front door.
