Hey there, I’m Anna!

A farm kid from Northeastern Pennsylvania who studied architecture at Penn State, finished up with a degree in Communications, and added an MBA from Old Dominion University for fun after moving to Coastal Virginia in 2008. I fell in love with a hockey-playing surfer boy and decided Virginia Beach looked a lot like home. Since then, we’ve added two baseball-obsessed little boys and two spoiled dogs to the mix and doubled our fun!

After moving to Coastal Virginia, I took a job with a small naval ship repair company that resulted in twelve years of experience writing, negotiating, and managing subcontracts for naval ship repair projects, many with multi-million dollar budgets. While the transition to Real Estate was not exactly in the plan… sometimes the Man upstairs has different ideas… and here we are. And I LOVE it!!! I’m so much happier working face to face with all of my wonderful buyers and sellers than I ever was prying pennies from the Government!

I’m a problem solver by nature and while I wouldn’t call your home search a problem – I’ve definitely got a knack for finding the perfect solution that fits all your needs!!
